Split ergonomic keyboards, soldered by hand

Built split ergonomic keyboards from kits, a Charybdis Nano and then a Faux Fox Keyboard (FFKB), and currently building a Svalboard. Did through-hole and surface-mount soldering and assembly, configured the layout in Vial, and had PETG parts 3D printed by PCBWay and a laser-cut, powder-coated steel base made by SendCutSend. Chose the second board by working out why the first caused wrist pain.

The full write-up comes out of the interview: why, how, what broke, what it taught me, with pictures and links to the config.
